Sacred ingredients used by native cultures of the Southwest, Obsidian and Mesquite have been implemented into many, many purposes. They would chew on the Mesquite leaves to help with tooth aches while Obsidian was crushed up into powder for digestive ailments. More commonly they are known for the crafting of archaic tools and weaponry.
